Do Away With Guilt

If you're an adult with some important bills coming due or a parent with kids to drive back and forth to activities, you may feel guilty taking a day off from your responsibilities to pamper yourself. But that's exactly why you need to do it. If you continue to operate at a breakneck pace, subordinating your own needs to the needs of your clients or friends, you're only going to burn out and need a lot more than one day to recover.
